30: “You will get what you are looking for” & “Be gentle with yourself”

In this episode, I share about a trip to Cuba and returning thinking they didn’t have drugs down there. My sponsors wise response helped me so much. If I’m hunting drugs, I’ll find drugs. If I’m hunting recovery, I’ll find that too. Also, I’m learning to be easy on the inner child in recovery. Love on him. Let him rest and work through emotions. Don’t be too hard on him.
