In this special 300th episode of Success in Mind, I reflect on the incredible journey from its origins as The Empowered Life through its evolution to the Teri Holland Show and its current incarnation.   Intending to make this episode special, I initially thought of recapping favourite moments and guest tips, but instead, I chose to share a mix of personal health updates, professional reflections, and a future outlook.   I open up about my ongoing struggle with ulcerative colitis and my plans to launch a new podcast focused on health.
