304: My Business Journey. How it started and the evolution

from Emotionally Uncomfortable

Today I want to share my business journey with you. It's important to dream for change. This is how we change the world, and have a ripple effect. I left a traditional world of therapists to seek other alternative and holistic approaches to healing myself and the people around me. My business and money story wasn't easy. I'd have money come in and then I'd reinvest it, and watch it go out. I didn't know how to create profit or get out of debt. I learned that I couldn't do it all on my own, and I had to get the right help. If you feel called to do something, realize that there is a lot that goes into it. If you're looking at my story, don't look at where I'm at right now. Realize that what I've created in a decade, you can't create overnight. I wouldn't be where I am today without continuously taking action. I'm not talking about hustling, or burning yourself out. We don't have to neglect ourselves physically, emotionally, or spiritually to be successful or to be a good mother. Give yourself permission to want what you want. What do you want? Focus on what you your soul craves, create a plan and action steps to get there, and don't give up on the whole process. ................................................................................................. Closeness Tari Mannello THE CLOSENESS PODCASTYour New Sex EducationHosted by Tari Mannello — Southern California's most sought-after sex and intimacy coach, with 80+ five-star reviews — Closeness is an honest, intelligent education in the things almost none of us were ever actually taught: desire, attraction, seduction, and the art of real connection.Because we pieced it together from hints, imitation, and guesswork. And then we settled into the routines that quietly hollow out a relationship — until desire becomes a negotiation. An ask. Something traded for a clean kitchen or a good mood.It was never meant to work that way. Each episode goes where most people are too uncomfortable to go: touch, tension, seduction, confidence, emotional connection, and the honest distance between the sex you're having and the sex you both actually long for. Not clinical. Not crude. Something far more interesting — frank, elegant, and genuinely useful. At the center is one idea. Now serial entrepreneur, best selling author and financial educator as I talk all things money. Why a podcast about money? That's because as women we're choosing not to talk about it and when it comes to dealing with money - we're kind of sucking at it. There is a wage gap that exists not simply in the corporate world but in the world of small and medium business owners where women should be on par with men. There is a gap between men and women that we've tossed in the too hard basket for the moment in our superannuation funds. And there's a widening gap between those who own property and those who do not.And let's not even talk about the role money and power holds in our society. That's why ladies I believe finance is a feminist issue. It's time we started to uncensor money. Here you'll find chats about money where we throw off the notion that money is crass or uncomfortable. It's all about b Explicit
