#304 Tokyo, but It didn’t feel like Tokyo

#3042026/04/16（木）Tokyo, but It didn’t feel like Tokyoこないだ、等々力渓谷というところに行きました。渋谷から電車で20分くらいなのですが、川沿いに森が広がっていて、東京とは思えない景色でした。夏は、街の気温より5度くらい涼しいそうです。等々力渓谷のような場所は、東京では珍しいですが、昔はこういう自然が、東京にもたくさんあったんだろうなと思うと、少し寂しくなりました。こないだ、とどろきけいこくという ところに いきました。しぶやから でんしゃで にじゅっぷんくらい なのですが、かわぞいにもりが ひろがっていて、とうきょうとは おもえない けしきでした。なつは、まちの きおんより ごどくらい すずしいそうです。とどろきけいこくのような ばしょは、とうきょうでは めずらしいですが、むかしは こういう しぜんが、とうきょうにも たくさん あったんだろうなと おもうと、すこし さびしく なりました。The other day, I went to a place called Todoroki Valley.It’s only about 20 minutes from Shibuya by train, but along the river,there is a forest stretching out, and the scenery didn’t feel like Tokyo at all.In summer, I heard it is about five degrees cooler than the city.Places like Todoroki Valley are rare in Tokyo,and when I think that there were probably many places like this in Tokyo a long time ago,it makes me feel a little sad.【Today’s words】等々力渓谷（とどろきけいこく）/ Todoroki ValleyX沿い（Xぞい）/ along XXが広がる（Xが ひろがる）/ X stretches out, X spreads outXとは思えない（Xとは おもえない）/ it doesn’t feel like X, hard to believe it is X景色（けしき）/ scenery, view★This post is also available on the broadcast channel (Japanese daily tips) of my Instagram. 【https://www.instagram.com/channel/AbbOi9lyhNtGwo6A/?igsh=enhqNGRyajhobnZ5】
