$30K in Scholarships Awarded at 11th Annual Young Escoffier Event

The BC Food News podcast, hosted by Jennifer English, provided an in-depth analysis of the 11th annual "Young Escoffier" culinary competition at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
