31: Bringing You Along To The Interview

When you go into an interview with the mindset, they need me, not the other way around, you will have a better outcome. The fact of the matter is you are interviewing them to see if they can offer an environment conducive to your skills, talents, and personality while making sure you are accomplishing a coin-up.  Bringing yourself to your interview will only benefit you in the long run.  For instance, people hire people they will feel comfortable working with on a daily basis.  Yes, your skills and talents matter but chemistry is important also. It is only natural for people to want to be around those who have a personality suitable for team bonding.  The best advice we can give you is to be yourself.
