Soberlink combines a breathalyzer with facial recognition software and wireless connectivity to produce a confirmation report of sobriety that can be sent to anyone who is a part of the monitoring agreement (lawyers, coparent, rehab facilities, etc). This reduces conflict and gives the coparent assurance that their child is being cared for by a sober parent. It also gives the parent with the alcohol addition the opportunity to be in their child's life.
