Not top-down, but bottom-up in a co-creation approach. We shed light on what we mean by good leadership, the role of the board and why it is an investment rather than a financial expense. Of course, we also talked about the challenge of implementing the new understanding in a sustainable way and how state-of-the-art leadership training can help.
