In the latest Kitoko podcast in German, Simon Hürlimann, Managing Director of Mobi24, talks about the journey with the new KI technology. Mobi24 is at the beginning of this journey, but has already completed its first successful projects and a proof of concept. The strategic goals include a 5-star service despite growth, becoming a digital people's business and increasing efficiency and maintaining quality through AI. Initial successes have been achieved through AI-supported email triage (over 60% increase in efficiency) and call transcriptions for quality assurance. A key aspect is the involvement of employees in the solution process and their support through training and cultural development processes. The future outlook shows a comprehensive integration of AI into all business processes. Simon Hürlimann emphasizes the importance of starting with a specific problem and developing solutions step by step. In addition, a new study by Ernst & Young shows that older employees appear to be more open to the use of AI, while Generation Z has high expectations of the new technology and trust in it is rather low. How can a new understanding of leadership be successfully developed and implemented? Together with Malte Silla, Leadership & Team Development we discussed about how it is possible to develop a modern leadership promise in a large company with over 6,000 employees at Die Mobiliar. Not top-down, but bottom-up in a co-creation approach. We shed light on what we mean by good leadership, the role of the board and why it is an investment rather than a financial expense. Of course, we also talked about the challenge of implementing the new understanding in a sustainable way and how state-of-the-art leadership training can help. In the second part of this episode, we meet Michael Bürgi from INNOArchitects. The start of our new series of Podcast will make the powerful woman Linda Armbruster, Managing Partner Spark Works by Creative Dock. We talked about the future labor market and how to create an ecosystem for innovation to thrive. Furthermore, we deep dived into the servant leadership style, purpose driven companies and the three core values: Empathy, Collaboration and Agility. The podcast was recorded before Spark Works merged with Creative Dock, a leading European venture builder in January 2022. Since then, the company has embarked on a new, exciting chapter. In unserer neunten Episode haben wir in Berlin Amelie Wiedemann von «DearEmployee» getroffen. Die gesunde Arbeitswelt von morgen, die psychische Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz sowie die Schaffung von optimalen Arbeitsbedingungen waren Themen dieser Episode. Ihre Corporate Health Plattform «DearEmployee» und das interdisziplinäre Team dahinter war ebenfalls Teil dieser Podcast Episode.

In unserer achten Episode sprechen wir mit dem jüngsten Nationalrat der Schweiz über einen möglichen «Fuck up Day» in der Bundesverwaltung, seine persönlichen Erfolgsfaktoren sowie Tiefschläge, die Wichtigkeit eines guten Selbstmanagement und über die Förderung von Unternehmertum in der Bildung. 

In unserer siebten Episode war Sophie Achermann vom schweizerischen Frauendachverbandes Alliance F bei uns zu Gast. Wir haben mit Sophie über Diversity, Diskriminierung bei der Arbeitseinstellung und Führung von Mitarbeitern gesprochen. Die Auswirkungen der Eltern auf ihre eigene Entwicklung, Sophie's persönlicher Werdegang sowie Motive, Vorbilder und momentane Herausforderungen waren ebenfalls Themen unseres Podcasts. 

Welcher übergeordnete Sinn und Zweck verfolgst du im Leben? In unserer sechsten Podcastfolge sprechen wir mit Lorenz Affolter über das Thema Purpose und Sinnhaftigkeit im persönlichen- sowie beruflichen Leben. Des Weiteren haben wir mögliche Ansätze des Purpose Driven Leadership in Unternehmen diskutiert.  Lorenz Affolter forscht zurzeit am Institut der Berner Fachhochschule «New Work» und an der Universität Bern.

In unserem fünften Podcast spricht Arno mit Brian Ruchti, zweifacher Gründer von Newsroom Communication AG und Newsroom Technologies AG über folgende Thematiken: Die Herausforderungen und Vorteile bei der Zusammenarbeit mit Freunden, das Firmenwachstum und dessen Auswirkungen auf das Recruiting, die Teamkultur in autonomen Teams und schlussendlich seinen eigenen Führungsstil.

In unserem vierten Podcast spricht Arno mit Yanik, einem jungen Tattowierer aus Bern und Hamburg (187 INK) über ihre Freundschaft, die Entwicklung von inneren Werten und die ersten Schritte in die Selbständigkeit. Positive sowie negative Seiten der Selbständigkeit wurden in diesem Podcast ebenfalls thematisiert.
