This beautiful, soulful mama of seven children, who birthed her first daughter at only 16 years old, faced her own traumas in her youth, which included foster care and an estranged relationship with her birth mother. Arianna believes in the power of telling our birth stories, real self care, and connecting with other mamas to heal birth trauma.
