31 - Stop feeling sorry for yourself
In this episode, I talk about being happy. We all want to be happy, but more often than not, we’re not that happy or at least not as happy as we could be. And when we're not happy, we start to feel sorry for ourselves... we start to have a pity party. And sometimes we stay there and that becomes us. That is such a waste of time! In today’s episode I talk about why we need to stop feeling sorry for ourselves and why doing that only attracts more negativity into our lives. Follow me on Instagram: @case.kenny
