31. The biggest fears in business..why you shouldn't believe them.

Isn't it interesting that no matter where you are in your business, most of us are going to have the same fears, and that's okay, because it's all about overcoming those fears. That is what this episode is all about. Rejection. People fear rejection. However, you cannot have a business without knowing that you are going to get rejected. You will get rejected - from clients, team members, partners, collaborations, etc. That is okay and you will go through waves of feeling rejected - even that feeling sometimes. Another common fear is people don't want to waste time. People want to be successful yesterday and, sometimes, they're not willing to spend time doing the wrong things to get to the right things and so they don't bother trying.
