312. Symone Sanders told Joe Scarborough what MANY of us think about Trump's DC takeover!

I so appreciated what ​⁠ @SymoneSandersTownsend  said to Joe Scarborough on #morningjoe. Joe lives in the 1990s when talking about DC. He mentions former (deceased) mayor Marion Barry more than he mentioned the current mayor Muriel Bowser. I've never heard him say her name. Furthermore, I drove through DC last night and saw exactly what I expected. I saw more police in the nicer areas of DC like around the monuments and NO presence in the hood and poorer areas of DC. This is about protecting some people who live, work, and visit DC from the rest of us. #symonesanderstownsend was right to challenge Joe on his views.
