313 Inclusive Leadership with Anita Phagura

A series of microagressions in the workplace knocked Anita Phagura's confidence and ambition. Motherhood, post-natal depression, redundancy and training to be a Samaritan all helped Anita to understand what was important to her. With a new focus of making a change in the working environment, Anita now supports leaders to change their ways of thinking, upskilling their understanding of inclusion, and translating this into courageous action with the intention to embed equitable inclusive structures to create a culture of belonging.
