The tragic shooting in #minneapolis is yet another opportunity for reflection and inflection in America. Before the identity was confirmed, there were already conversations about mental health. Why aren't there any conversations about mental health issues for people who commit violence in #washingtondc or other cities? The shooter in Minneapolis didn't snap. It was all planned.
