#32: The After Service Talk

Every 5th Sunday, One Fire Church in Newark, NJ, has a mental health day and it's called the God and Therapy Day. We have been doing this for approximately four years, and on this episode we talked about Trauma. Ms. N. (Charlie) Alexander spoke about grief, guilt, trauma, and how we can scan our body daily for peace and relaxation.
