Das Leitmotiv ist im Grunde, dafür zu sorgen, dass der eigene innere Status gesund und möglichst hoch ist, während wir der Situation und unserem Gegenüber angemessen mit unserem äußeren Status flexibel „spielen“ und dabei authentisch bleiben, egal welche soziale Rolle wir gerade innehaben.
