I want to remind you, that you aren't doing your healing work outside of cultural context. For a lot of healers, you're going to find that you are ready to shut down and for others, you're going to overdo yourself and burn up. This is not a threat, but me pointing out an obvious pattern that we've gone through a few times together now. The task here is to find your middle ground. Get yourself connected to communities and spaces that keep you grounded and aligned to the greater visions of what you're creating.
