Andy Peters is Operating Partner for the Georgia Legacy Group and Carolina Legacy Group made up of multiple Keller Williams Realty franchises: Keller Williams Alpharetta, Roswell, Peachtree Corners, Savannah, Greenville, Ft. Mill, and Columbia. Currently the Legacy Group includes 3,000 agents. Three out of four of the Georgia Legacy Group market centers are in the top 50 for profitability out of over 800 Keller Wiliams franchises across the country. In 2023, the KW North Atlanta franchise in Alpharetta Georgia ranked #1 in the world for profitability. Andy is also a national real estate trainer who specializes in team growth, marketing, and listings. He and Lesley, his wife and business partner, are a part of Keller Williams Realty co-founder Gary Keller’s Top Agent Mastermind Group, which is made up of the top Keller Williams agents from around the country.   With roots in South Georgia, born and raised in Macon, attending high school and starting out in the real estate industry in Atlanta, and now living in Savannah, Andy has lived, worked, and played in virtually every inch of Georgia. Andy graduated from Marist School in Atlanta and went on to graduate from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina with a B.A. in Communication Studies. Out of college, he went to work with his family business, Aqua Koolers of Georgia, which eventually merged with Quench USA. Andy served as a sales representative, sales manager, and finally as Vice President of Sales over Georgia and Florida. Lesley’s success in real estate pulled Andy into the business in 2008 when they first formed their real estate team, The Peters Company. The Peters Company was in the top 1% nationally for over a decade.   Andy has a passion for helping Georgia’s charities preventing homelessness. He is also a lifelong Atlanta Braves fan, and in his spare time he collects guitars, rare bourbon, and sports cards. He and Lesley live outside of Savannah on the Georgia coast and travel back and forth regularly to Atlanta with their two adolescent children and two dogs.
