Eugene Goh is the co-founder of TalentKraft, a strategy consultancy that focuseson helping clients build better teams through a combination of consulting andtraining. TalentKraft is a strategy consulting firm that helps our clients buildeffective teams. They use the methods of top consulting firms to helporganizations solve talent challenges, and leverage technology to enablescalable solutions for talent selection and training.Eugene started his career in the civil service before spending 8.5 years at theBoston Consulting Group (BCG). After BCG, Eugene worked on a number of startupsbefore starting TalentKraft.
