33 | The 6 New Healthy Habits I've Tried So Far This Year
from Daily Wellness Podcast · host Melisha Meredith
I think it's important to keep learning and trying new things. We will always have ways that we can improve our health and longevity. Trying new things in your health journey also keeps things fun and interesting. In this episode, I take you through six things I have tried so far this year. I'll share what worked and what didn't. I'll also give you some tips on HOW to implement new habits into your life. Resources - The trace mineral liquid supplement I tried and didn’t really like. In case you are curious. Electrolyte powders to try: LMNT or ReLyte *Note that these both have natural flavors which I’m not happy with. If you know of a good one without, let me know. UPDATE - by the end of the year, I started just sprinkling some sea salt into my mouth a few times a day before I drink water and am using that for minerals! Cheap and easy! Castor Oil Packs: I use the one by Queen of Thrones. I bought their liver pack with the cloth and organic castor oil. Liver supplements: Perfect Supplements, Liver PaleoValley Organ Complex Grounding Sheet for your bed.
