Die Splits, die ich verwende: ▪️Ganzkörper: 1-3x/ Woche ▪️Ober- Unterkörper: 4x/ Woche ▪️Ober-, Unterkörper u. Arme: 5x/ Woche ➕ Intervalle: 1-2x/ Woche Denn nur diese Splits bieten die Option, zwei Reize pro Woche für die gewählten Bewegungsmuster zu setzen. Von mehr als diesen zwei Reizen können die wenigsten normalen Menschen regenerieren, sich wohlfühlen und im Alltag leistungsfähig bleiben. Minimal Effective Dosage: Das Minimum an Reiz, um eine Adaption mit nachfolgendem Fortschritt in Form von Kraftzuwächsen zu erreichen: ➡️ mind. 10 Wdh. pro Übung pro Training Warum ich kein Fan von „Push, Pull, Beine“ bin: 1️⃣ Viel zu viel Volumen - 6 Tage Training mit nur einem Tag Pause 2️⃣ Die Biomechanik verschlechtert sich während des Trainings durch die einseitige Belastung bspw. der Streckerkette. Bei Fragen zum Thema bin ich wie immer per dm erreichbar 👉🏼
