Canale & Co., which is the Parent Company of Old Dominick Distillery LLC, bringing over 150 years of family expertise in the beverage industry to his work. Building on this rich family legacy, he started Old Dominick Distillery, driven by a passion for crafting exceptional spirits. His dedication to the craft is matched only by his love for his hometown of Memphis, where he resides with his wife and four children. With a deep-rooted commitment to both his family and community, Chris continues to lead with innovation and tradition at the heart of Old Dominick. David Valentine, Head Distiller/Lead Blender Born and raised in Memphis, David Valentine has a strong connection to his city. After earning a Business Management degree from the University of Memphis, he began his career as a maintenance technician before transitioning to the restaurant industry at 21, where his passion for spirits grew as a bartender and through off-premise retail.
