34. Fourteen Summers

from Docs2Dads - A Pediatrician’s Field Guide for Fathers · host Dr. Scott

As June turns to July, it feels like summer is starting to slip away. This year I am determined to make the most of the time I can spend with my kids as my oldest turns four. This is our last summer before he starts school in the Fall.  We only get eighteen summers with our kids before they are grown and out of the house. We need to be intentional with the time we spend with our children and summer is a great time to do that. Playing at the park, splash pads and pools, long weekend getaways. There's so much to do if we bother to make the most of it. This week, I cover ways that we can make the most of our time during the summer with your wife and kids.
