In recent years we have started to see a swing back from a vast majority of mothers having very controlled hospital births to home and free birthing. So we wanted to know more about it and understand why a woman might choose that option and exactly what it entails.   Join us as we chat to Rebekah Parker, a doula specialising in freebirth and assisting mothers to awaken their understanding of their own body's health and functions.
