34: Our Fertility & Adoption Journey: Surrendering & Embracing Uncertainty

Truth be told, I wanted to record this episode a month ago, but the timing never worked out. I truly believe in divine timing! Wrapping up the month of October seemed like the perfect time to share an update on both our personal lives and my professional endeavors. I start out by sharing some fun & exciting updates within the business, one of which includes starting my own coaching business! Ultimately, I spend a bulk of this episode sharing where we are at with our adoption journey. This process, along with the fertility journey, has truly shifted my mindset in BIG ways and it's time I share that with my listeners. First and foremost, I discuss the importance of making healthy mindset shifts, including how to surrender control and embrace uncertainty. I place a lot of emphasis on transitioning out of that victim mindset to one of empowerment and abundance.
