34 - Stop comparing yourself to others
In this episode, I talk about resisting the urge to compare your life with that of others. I talk about the idea of staying true to your own timeline and not doing things because everyone else is, because your parents did or because “that’s just what you do when you’re 24 or 27 or 30 or 35”. The mentality I have towards comparison has really evolved over the past couple of years and it’s done wonders to making me happier and more fulfilled in my own life - as opposed to being concerned with if I'm keeping up with others.
