340 - Anna Ferris - First and Last

I met Anna at Tennessee VFW State Commander Brian Walker’s event at the Collierville, TN Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5066. She came on Oscar Mike Radio for number 294 (https://oscarmikeradio.com/294-anna-lynn-ferris/). Anna Lynn Ferris lives in Tennessee and has been performing all her life, and when she reached out to me to come on again it was for a personal reason and lesson. Anna’s sister died in late 2022 and she wrote "First and Last” in her memory. I felt this conversation was something that we all to could learn from as grief in an emotion that we a Veterans feel keenly in our lives.
