344 – Rugged Warrior Healing Coalition Retreat – Part Two – Juanita Terry

One part of the retreat that Gina Alderman wanted to focus on is the mind and body working together. To do that, Gina connected with Juanita Terry who participated in the “Veterans” Unchained Anthology. The anthology is how Gina and Juanita got connected, and their friendship grew. Juanita served in the Army working in aviation and then military police. After getting out of the military, Juanita found a sense of peace and purpose in doing martial arts. She began to study under Sensei Ken Wentz. He is a seventh-degree Black Belt, with almost 50 years of Martial Arts experience. Juanita will be teaching about situational awareness and how to have a security mindset at the retreat.
