I thought this episode was going to be about managing physical pain… but it's actually about the ache of accepting help. From knee surgery to old trauma, I unpack what happens when we stop pretending we can do it all alone, why it hurts so much to receive, and how learning to lean on others might just be the most crucial work of all. It's painful AF, but only because old wounds have kept us small and isolated. If we're willing to go through the pain of receiving support, we come back into the natural flow of life and that is worth ANY pain.
