Very exciting day for Victoria Taylor. At 4am this morning (September 1, 2022) she will start her attempt to beat the official world record for running the length of NZ, a record that has stood since 1975. To claim the record, she will havew to run about three full marathons every day for 18 days. Just let that sink in for a second....around 126km per day for 18 days!
