令和3年度(2021～2022)の最後に、これからの日程や内容を私見とともにお話しした。令和4年(2022)には社会福祉連携推進法人。5年(2023)にはこども家庭庁。6年(2024)には新子育て安心プラン終了。7年(2025)には定員数が入所数を上回るとされており、新新子育て安心プランが発出されると仮定。8年(2026)には現キャリアアップの仕組みや処遇改善ⅠⅡとの問題が整理されるかもしれない。9年(2027）には新要領・指針の告示化、そして、令和10年、こども家庭庁1期終了の6年目となる。これらの,年代を縦軸としたときに、横軸としては少子化の減少、質向上の5歳児接続プログラム(架け橋)、真の全ての子どもを対象にした仕組みと公定価格の在り方、そして財源問題であろう。今回話した内容の多くは拙速上等で、相当粗いものであることに関してはご了承願いたいが、学校種・施設種・株式会社なども含め、子ども数の削減により多くの施設がそして自治体が必然的に次の時代を考えなければならなくなるだろう。時代と次代に視野を向けるとともに、保育の質保証向上に努めたいと思うこの頃である。
