Welcome Back Sunshine!☀️🌻 I am issuing you a 5 Day #SelfLoveMirrorWorkChallenge!!!!!!! Trust me when I say this will be life changing!!!!! In this episode I break down how this challenge came about, what mirror work actually is, and what the challenge will consist of. #SPOILERALERT: This challenge will consist of you doing mirror work for only 5 mins daily for the next 5 days. This challenge is long enough for you to make a commitment and short enough to set you up for success. The intention for this challenge is for you to see how powerful mirror work is which will ultimately lead to you committing to continue this practice. Which will help you start healing yourself, your inner child and will help you start loving yourself on a whole new level. CHOOSE YOU. DO this for YOU. You are so incredibly worthy and deserving of it! Take a screen shot when you do it and post it to your social media and tag me for accountability, support, and celebration! Regardless of when you hear this episode decide to commit to the 5 days and watch how you will ignite the magic within you and all around you! #PS: You are so LOVED and APPRECIATED!!!!⁣ 💛🤗⁣ #PSS: Lets connect on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/itskellyespino/
