#37 - Rich Swier, Tech-Entrepreneur

We refer to him as the “Al Gore of Sarasota”…because, as we all know, Al Gore invented the Internet, right?  LOL.  But in all seriousness, Rich Swier was responsible for bringing the internet to our neck of the woods, back in the day.  This local entrepreneur has gone on to build businesses, launch new apps, and even has a part in A.I., a platform known as R.A.I.A.  The recent passing of the N.I.L. (Name, Image and Likeness) even presented he and his business partner with the opportunity to connect college athletes to local and national businesses that want to utilize them in their marketing efforts, a program known as Postgame.Rich was a wealth of knowledge in how he built business after business, but we were thoroughly entertained by all the stories that seemed to accompany each one of them.  They were all hilarious and had some bizarre elements to them, particularly during his time living on Siesta Key.  We will probably have to have him back on the show since he left a lot on the table that we weren’t able to get to in this episode.  But don’t worry, we still asked him about all the roundabouts popping up, and he provided us with one of the most entertaining Rapid Fire segments we’ve done yet.For more information on Postgame, visit: https://pstgm.com/portal/index.cfmThe segment on Roundabouts is powered by Thomas J.
