372: Release Regret

from You Can Handle Anything

Ever wake up feeling weighed down by regret over something you did yesterday? 😞 It's a heavy feeling, and it can linger all day—or even longer. This hit me hard after a recent Father's Day celebration. We planned to spend the day with extended family, about 3 hours from my parents' house. I decided to go, even though it meant rescheduling a regular Zoom coaching call. All was well until things ran late, and I had to leave early to make it home in time for my call. That's when the guilt kicked in, quickly turning into regret. I kept thinking, I shouldn't have gone. And believing it too. Repeating that story only kept me stuck in a loop of regret, which was no help at all. So, I turned to The unSTUCK Method to break free. 🔄 I share the whole journey on this week's podcast episode.
