We also cannot believe 1 year ago this coming weekend Chloe had her fallopian tube out for an ectopic pregnancy on Emma’s 1st birthday- to now Emma being 2, love Patty nearly 1! And Chloe planning on delivering her son all in the same week- how time flies and what can happen in a year!
