For over a year now Lamar Jackson has been in a contract dispute with the Baltimore Ravens. This is a unique situation because Lamar has chosen not to have an agent represent him rather he has chosen to represent himself. Lamar has gotten a lot of push back from the Ravens organization and has received a lot of criticism from the media at large. However, if we pay close attention we will see that Lamar is handling this situation the way he's handled situations in the past and in this episode Jono highlights these patterns and the inspiration that Lamar is giving to all.
