Jason Blaquiere is a self-described 'introverted extrovert' who has found his balance between career and family.  He is a part-time sports enthusiast—whether it's CrossFit, golf, or hockey—and a proud board game nerd, he brings the same competitive spirit to all his pursuits. He’s also a family man, married to Marika and dad to Thomas, with a soon-to-arrive baby girl joining the family in February 2025, and their trusty dog, Hunter. After over a decade as a professional engineer, he made a bold career change in 2021, stepping away from engineering to start his own home inspection business. This switch wasn’t easy, but it’s brought a new level of work-life balance he’d been searching for. Now, he gets to help people in one of the biggest decisions of their lives—buying a home.
