She chose a home birth for her first baby and continued to use her experiences, background, and Holy Spirit guidance to navigate her twin pregnancy and out-of-hospital birth in March of this year. Her days are now spent mothering her children, holding space for birthing families, and hosting The Triumphant Birth Podcast, a new show focusing on expert interviews, inspiring stories, and creating legacies of wholeness and healing through pregnancy and birth for our children's children's children.Connect with Jamie RaislegerEmail: [email protected]: @triumphant_birthPodcast trailer: Triumphant Birth PodcastIn this episode of the Birthing Instincts Podcast:Navigating the Journey to MotherhoodPreparing for Twin Pregnancy and BirthLabor Signs and Arrival at BirthManaging Postpartum Hemorrhage in TwinsEmpowering Women in Birth ChoicesHome Birth Advocacy and Childbirth ExperienceEpisode resources:Join our Patreon! patreon.com/birthinginstinctspodcastThis show is supported by:LMNT | Go to drinklmnt.com/birthinginstincts to get a free sample pack with every orderBIRTHFIT | Go to birthfit.com and use the code INSTINCTS for 20% off any fitness programChristian Hypnobirthing | Go to christianhypnobirthing.com/birthinginstincts to get 30% off Christian Hypnobirthing's Faith-Filled Childbirth courseMama Meals | Go to mama-meals.com code BIRTHINGINSTINCTS for $10 off a small box or $20 off any other box.
