383: Are Your Visions Aligned?

In this episode, I share a Toastmasters speech that I gave this morning discussing the reason for a recent job change. I challenge the listeners to know what your vision is subconsciously so that you can better know when others visions are not aligned with yours. How are you going to know if you are aligned with somebody else is this shit if you don’t know what your vision door for yourself?
