今回はエディターウダが行った関西パン旅についてのお話。神戸では米山シェフが新たにオープンさせた「パン・カリテ」でパンのおいしさに狂喜乱舞し、おなじみの京都「ポワンプール・ポワン」ではオートミールブレッドの味に改めて感激。大阪の「ボッチラ」では我を忘れて総菜パンと菓子パンを買ったなどなど……。関西パンのおいしさを改めて実感したという比較的テンション高めのお話です。
