Japa is a good time to look at your motive and just see, am I actually sincere and self-searching? Because, just like, let's say, somebody writes you something or says something to you, and you perceive a molecule of anger, you know, the Rudra energy. Just say, you perceive a molecule of that when you... when you receive some... It might be translated into something like, 'How dare they?' Then, don't answer until you calm down. That's why letters were good, because you write it in anger, and the next day, because you couldn't find a postal stamp, it's like, 'What was I thinking?' Nowadays, people just push the button. And in a similar way, when we're making decisions, diplomatic or otherwise, I mean, diplomacy has a place, but we have to investigate: Am I self-motivated?
