Residents living in floods affected areas of Nyando and Kadibo Sub-Counties in Kisumu have been asked to move to safe grounds and the evacuation centers to avert loss of lives. The request was made by Kisumu Acting County Commissioner Hussein Alanson Hussein who led the County Disaster Management Committee team to assess the impact of the floods in the two sub-counties.Philip Miyawa reports.........
