Captain Sandy Yawn joins JMN to share details about a number of educational intitiatives she is promoting for Florida public schools, starting with Duval and St. Johns Counties. The goal is to promote non-collegiate, workforce employment skills applicable to maritime industries. As she explains, a career on the water has given her great opportunities to earn, learn, and see the world, and she wants to share those opportunities.
