#4 Guided Meditation: Cord Cutting with The Goddess

from The Cosmic Tea with Kir Grace · host kir grace 👽

In this guided meditation we journey inward through a sacred ritual to cut energetic cords with a person in your life. We are offered the magical presence of Goddess Cerridwen and Archangel Michael. By cutting cords we surrender the energy of this connection to the goddess to be offered into the cycle of death and rebirth so it may be transformed. Choosing to cut energetic cords with a person does not mean other is bad and I am good. It does not translate I am right and other other is wrong. When deciding to cut cords its a reflection upon, where have I given my power away? Where have I directed my energy outward to another person so I believe they have the ability to effect my peace, my perception of self and my lovability? So often these painful relationships trigger one of our core wounds we came to earth as humans to learn to heal: betrayal, rejection and abandonment. Instead of turning inward and asking, “What can I do to nurture this wound," we convince ourselves that in order to be a compassionate and forgiving person we again need to direct energy outward. What about the wound? Sometime we put a bandaid over a wound that may need stitches. Maybe your core wound needs rest and sheltering not repeated exposure to harsh elements. It is time to have compassion for YOURSELF. It is time to gift YOURSELF with forgiveness. It is time to take your power back and set boundaries.  The poem used in this ritual is written by Amy Sophia Marinisky. All other content is channeled and created by Kir. The meditation audio and music is written and produced by Kenny Noto.
