#4 Let's Have Some Fun

Today’s episode is dedicated to teaching you how to have more fun.   This might sound silly, but it is actually really important.  It is so easy to go on autopilot and get caught up in the mundane, waiting for the weekend or vacation to have fun. This is a great way to subject yourself to depression and let time pass you by (trust me I know, listen to episode #3). I want to remind you that you deserve happiness everyday.  You deserve to have fun everyday.  AND it is a choice that is entirely up to you.  Having fun is free and a powerful tool once you learn how to generate it for yourself.
