4. Loss, Self Loathing, and Using Curiosity to Step into Self Love with Tara Stricker

from Self Love Ignited with Katie Allen · host Katie Allen

In episode 4 we talk with Tara Stricker about her personal journey from self loathing to self loving. Tara is an international whole person life coach. She is on a mission to help everyone create a life they love! Having spent many years working with people, she is inspired by the strength of the human spirit. She loves helping clients move past their limiting thinking so that they can embrace and love all of who they are. She has been walking this journey to authenticity for a few years now and wants to support others to live a life of freedom and endless possibilities.  She tells the story of losing her husband, managing a new relationship and uncovering her lifelong body image struggles. Tara has overcome so much and is still (and always) on this journey of loving and caring for herself the best way she can. Handling triggering situations, learning that she is lovable, and using curiosity instead of judgment have been some key markers along the way.
