Social Media is something I am very passionate about and comparison is very prominent in today's world with the rise of TikTok and social media influencers as a whole. This episode goes into detail about comparing ourselves on social media, why we do it and how we can stop doing it. We were all born to be different so why are we trying to be like everyone else and why are we attached to a potential false reality? As much as we love social media and can scroll for hours, it's unhealthy for us to be consumed with other people's lives to distract us from our own.
