4 things to know BEFORE you say affirmations

What part of you is saying your affirmations? Your fearful part, or your faithful self? Who's doing the affirming? I've been going off about the down-side of self help affirmations for yuh-earrs. But complaining is a kind of affirmation, inn't? So… I'm shifting into solutions. But in order to get to that higher consciousness, we've got to unpack the unconscious stuff. There's a sequencing for creating healthier affirmations. I unpack each of these tenets/directives: WE CREATE MORE OF WHAT WE THINK WE ARE  RUNNING FROM THE PAIN CREATES MORE PAIN  IDENTIFY AS LOVE TO OPEN POSSIBILITIES CHOOSE HOW TO SEE These theories require explanations.
