4 Ways to Take Control of Your Morning Routine

from Her Weight Loss Mindset | Lose Weight, Meal Prep, Healthy Habits, and Workouts · host Lindy Schlabach

When I first truly committed to my health and helping others find success with simple fitness and nutrition, I knew I had to take control of my morning instead of letting my phone determine my schedule. I had to pray for direction and trust that God would lead, and He did. These are the steps I took to take back my morning and learn to lean into prayer FIRST every day, seeking God's plan and schedule for my life. It takes time, so give yourself grace, but know that these 4 things WILL set you on a path to self-discipline you never knew you had but will become the time you look forward to most.1. Put your phone far from your bed.2. No social media or email until Jesus time and workout are done.3. Pray. Plan. Read. Journal. Repeat4. Move intentionally for 20-30 minutes. You can take back your time and set new boundaries with yourself.
